Understand where records originate
Information may come from a tablet, a business application or a device. Identify which source owns each record and what happens when systems disagree.
Give every role a useful view
A field team, a supervisor and a manager need different interfaces. Shared information does not mean identical screens.
Treat adoption as an engineering concern
Keep repeated tasks simple, use language the team understands and plan for the conditions in which the system will operate. Validate with the people doing the work.
